Posted On: 07/20/2021 Today's visit is not the normal high rating because they were behind by about 45 mins. It would be nice to receive a call saying they are behind and allow my the option of adjusting my schedule to accommodate or just reschedule. Everybody's time is money 💰. I missed a important meeting due to the lack of communication. Still feel they are the best overall! Gideon D

Also the staff was friendly and made sure that I understood what was going on and the steps needed to resolve it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey but it probably would be worth it depending on your personal situation. Posted On: 01/20/2021 I made an appointment initially because I wanted to support more black and brown (ethnic owned/operated) businesses. I was a little apprehensive about visiting another dentist but the feeling was soon dissipated by the laughter of fellow patients and the overall office vibe. I was also pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the level of care I received. From being greeted with a welcome at check-in to Dr. McDonald and her assistant Millie making me feel comfortable and relaxed during my visit. Brenda was also very good when doing my cleaning. I ended up making an appointment for my sons before leaving. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Rbrown
